  The amenities are beautiful. The service was outstanding, particularly the front desk staff. I had an issue and they were incredibly kind and completely rectified the situation. That kind of customer service is rare and made us want to come back.

  Visiting SF from France and was looking for spas in the city and I found the one! I was assisted by a lovely front desk member who spoke French, to my surprise! Excellent service on their end, in addition to beautiful amenities and retail. Can’t wait to come back for my massage. -Esmarelda

  Wow what a beautiful Spa, AND an exceptional staff. I came to purchase a gift certificate for my mother not too long ago. Her health has been declining over the past few months and the family and I thought a spa treat would help. As one can imagine, this has been a hard time for my family and I and bringing myself to the spa for this reason was a difficult task however I was greeted by a kind staff named Darla who was the highlight of my trip to Nob. Without devolving too much into our heartfelt conversation, I told Darla about my mother's situation and we had such a great conversation that really made my day! I explained that I was in search of a something that would lift my mother’s spirits and Darla gave me a beautifully prepared gift box. She also gave me a wonderful tour of the space. I look forward to bringing my mother here and enjoying what will be a relaxing and peaceful time together.

  The treatments were satisfactory, not amazing. The facilities were just too crowded to relax. The ‘cool room’ which I also expected to be nice and quiet was full of disruptions. They should discourage that area as a waiting room for your treatment because every hour staff comes in announcing a name. The pool area was uncomfortably hot and too crowded. The service was good, easy to order food and drinks. Overall I would say it was meh, not memorable like I want to go back.

  Finally, a beautiful spa where you can truly make a day of it, rather than just popping in for a quick treatment and heading back out. There’s plenty of room to unwind before and after your treatment, which really adds to the overall experience. Xavier gave an exceptional massage. His approach was incredibly intuitive, and he checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure and techniques were exactly right for me. I felt completely comfortable, cared for, and left the spa feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. I especially appreciated being able to order tea and food while enjoying the facilities—it makes the whole visit feel slow, intentional, and luxurious. I will absolutely return.
