Fantastic oasis in the middle of S.F. I had a prenatal massage with Sarah who is incredible and I had a special pillow to lay on my side. The treatment room had a fireplace in it! It was so fancy and the rooms are dark and very atmospheric. Then after the massage I was shown to the Sanctuary where there were little curtained off day beds to nap and relax in. I ended up sleeping there for 2 hours after the nap and generally just spent the whole day there. It’s definitely pricey but idk any other spa in S.F. that gives you a semi private area to relax in like them. I didn’t get to use the sauna or dry sauna because I’m pregnant but the showers were great and pristine locker rooms. Loved that the sun came out in the afternoon and you can order food by the pool.

The massage for myself was very scripted and low energy, but the massage therapists were kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was also very disappointing. If you are used to getting experienced massages, I do not recommend coming here because you will tell the difference and leave the same way you walked in. We were given a tour of all the spa amenities, including the relaxation areas and snacks, but because our massages were scheduled so close to closing, we weren’t actually able to use any of them. This was never communicated when we booked. The lack of communication completely changed the experience. If guests won’t have time to enjoy the amenities, that should be made clear before the appointment so they can choose a different time and maybe shouldn’t be given a full tour when there would be no time to use what’s being shown. The staff even looked confused and awkward, but good communication would have made the situation lighter. Below-average massages and poor communication overshadowed the entire visit.

Came here around noon on a Saturday with a friend and it was super crowded! We booked massages and planned to relax in the facilities but that proved to be difficult since there was nowhere to sit. We spent a good chunk of time waiting for a table or seats to open up, which felt pretty disappointing considering it was $300+ including tip. The deep tissue massage itself was lovely, and the facilities were reasonably nice with access to steam/sauna, heated pool, quiet room, and outdoor balcony. They were doing a special event that day which included eye masks and frosé which was a good bonus. Valet parking is $40. Food was ok and pricey, grain bowl with chicken was a little over $40. Would be a higher rating if they managed their capacity better, but not having any space when paying this much was disappointing and put a damper on what was intended to be a relaxing splurge outing. Would not recommend until this is addressed sadly.

Love the remodel of the space! I love spas with amenities and Nob Hill Spa as a sauna, wet room, soaking pool, and showers. I think this might be the last one with these types of spas in SF, so it’s reopening was much needed and appreciated! The pool/lounge area is nice, especially if you can snag outdoor seating on sunny days! It’s such a great way to fully embrace relaxing by chilling out before or after your treatment. It does get a bit busy in there so it might be hard to snag seating during peak treatment times. And I love that they serve food! You scan QR code at your seat to order and they deliver it right to you. So convenient! I had a Deep Tissue massage and it was nice and good pressure. Before their hiatus I did really enjoy their facials too so I’ll be trying that next time.

The amenities are beautiful. The service was outstanding, particularly the front desk staff. I had an issue and they were incredibly kind and completely rectified the situation. That kind of customer service is rare and made us want to come back.
