  I needed a major overhaul of my makeup routine, so I scheduled a Makeup Exploration & Application for 6/4/2026. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. It was my first time visiting any Credo Beauty store (I'm used to shopping Credo online), and the Fillmore store was very clean. My MUA was Dylan. He was very consultative and asked a lot of questions to make sure he personalized and recommended the correct products for my skin (combination & sensitive skin, concerned about makeup creasing/settling into wrinkles and pores). Dylan did a phenomenal job on my makeup! I really liked and bought almost all the products we tried.

  Dylan was so amazing, Dylan was patient with me as we worked through a long list of products I needed and really customized recommendations based on my skin type. I will definitely come back to this store because of Dylan!

  Excellent products, and very friendly, collaborative and patient staff with their customers. Excelentes productos, y el personal muy amable, colaborativo y paciente con sus clientes.

  Extremely fresh staff with a huge learning curve on how to treat people with beauty and grace. U will not find that here so pls know what you want beforehand as there is no customer service or friendliness, just whining employees who are very fake and unaware of their products. Michelle would not allow me to return an eyeliner and shoved it in my Christian louboutin mini bag. I felt violated. She also got very close to me. I feel scared walking in to this location while Michelle esp is working by herself .
