- KSKer StinOct 1, 20262.0I first went to the store on Hayes Street, where I was greeted very kindly, but they didn’t carry the brand I wanted. Even though I didn’t buy anything there, they still explained to me very nicely how to get to the store on Fillmore. In that store, I was greeted warmly by one woman, but then another one intercepted me. When I told her the brand and the product I was looking for, she showed me where the testers were, then went behind the counter, pulled out a basket full of products, and rummaged through it until she found what I wanted. Then she just stood there waiting to see if I wanted anything else. She looked annoyed, and I basically had to call over to her to tell her what else I wanted. When I was paying, I didn’t understand her right away, and again she couldn’t really hide that she was either annoyed or bored. Honestly, I wouldn’t have bought anything there after that behavior, but unfortunately it’s the only store that carries these products.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. It was my first time visiting any Credo Beauty store (I'm used to shopping Credo online), and the Fillmore store was very clean. My MUA was Dylan. He was very consultative and asked a lot of questions to make sure he personalized and recommended the correct products for my skin (combination & sensitive skin, concerned about makeup creasing/settling into wrinkles and pores). Dylan did a phenomenal job on my makeup! I really liked and bought almost all the products we tried.
