I came in with a combination of issues from intense gym training, long days sitting at a desk, and even getting thrown off a boat recently. He took the time to understand what was going on, identified the problem areas, and tailored the entire session to exactly what my body needed. His knowledge of pain points and recovery really shows. The massage was the perfect balance of therapeutic and targeted, while still helping me relax. I left with noticeably less pain, better mobility, and feeling like my body had finally been reset. João is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel better. If you’re dealing with chronic tension, sports-related soreness, or just the wear and tear of everyday life, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back.
