The staff did not seem welcoming and at times came across as rude. My questions were not addressed which left me feeling overlooked as a customer! I usually have very warm & helpful experiences at Sephora stores, so this location was disappointing.

All the tester products were clean, none were empty! (I really appreciate that!) Lucy was very lovely and helped me pick out a lip tint! She picked the perfect shade for me!! She was very patient and welcoming! Thank you so much! Definitely will be coming to Sephora more!! ☺️💕
