I live nearby so I choose to purchase my items in store rather than online, but every time I come, I hear the same response: “We ran out of samples.” It’s disappointing because it makes me feel like I’m not receiving the same level of service or experience as I do at other locations.
- AIAngel IsaacAug 12, 20261.0I have placed numerous Same-Day delivery orders from this store at different times throughout the day, all within the allowable time window shown in the Sephora app, and today, my order seemed to be taking much longer than usual. Without any notice, upon further review on my own, my order was deemed “outside the cut off window to order,” the order was placed at 3:00pm, and my product is set to arrive in two days. This is preposterous. Called Sephora customer service, and this store directly, and their system is about the worst system possible because they make it literally impossible to get any cancellation, refund or product pick up. The employee at this store then tells me I can come into the store and purchase the same product if I need it today, like I didn’t already purchase the necessary item, but they messed up my SAME DAY DELIVERY? I will never use the same-day delivery, and I have cancelled my subscription.
