I was gifted a bottle of Sephora brand makeup setting spray for holidays but the dispenser never worked. I just wanted to exchange it for a working one. (Unused I might add). Because I didn’t have PROOF of purchase she wouldn’t let me EXCHANGE it for a working one. What?!? How do you think I acquired it. And then asked me if I wanted to purchase a working one. Seriously?? How do you assist exchanges for customers that received Sephora items as gifts? There’s definitely something broken in your policy. Note: You might want to think twice before you buy a gift from Sephora. The recipient can’t exchange it Without proof of purchase.
