  Edited to say that I called the number provided, got sent around a phone tree for 7 minutes, got an associate who was inaudible who said she would call me back and never did. I called again and in the middle of the call, it was disconnected and no one ever called me back. I’ll never spend another dime with MAC! I received a lipglass trio as a Christmas present. The colors didn’t suit me so I tried to exchange it at the UTC MAC store. I encountered an extremely rude and dismissive salesperson who treated me like a leper because I had no receipt even though it was a gift. I will never buy MAC cosmetics again based on this rude and unwarranted interaction.

  One of the associates here was super rude and full of attitude. She would answer one of my questions and just run away, and again come back and say something and leave. She showed 0 interest in customer service. I’m someone who is patient but this lady just on my nerves the other day. Never visiting this store ever again. I can’t stand this behaviour. I also believe it had something to do with my race?

  Rude customer service. They push products on you to try and when you try to return them they act petty and rude. I’d give 0 stars.

  New freestanding MAC store at UTC yay! There is still MAC at Nordstrom but if you want the MAC store, it is now open!
