  The people here are very sweet. I came in and wanted a regular foundation and concealer and that’s it. They didn’t try to sell me more stuff that I didn’t want, and answered all of my questions. They were very professional, used clean brushes and made sure I didn’t have swatches of makeup on my face when I left. Such a good experience.

  The manager involved was a Hispanic woman who works the afternoon shift and speaks Spanish. I believe this is important because several of the other employees present appeared to communicate primarily in English, which made her the main person with whom I could discuss my concerns in Spanish. Unfortunately, I felt that she took advantage of that situation. Her attitude toward me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and I felt that my concerns were not being fairly addressed. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she spoke to me in a manner that made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable, and disrespected as a customer. I respectfully request that MAC review this incident, identify the manager who was working that afternoon, and investigate whether her conduct was consistent with the company’s customer service standards.

  The staff was completely helpful and they helped me pick out the perfect matte lipstick and eyeshadow palette. As a model, I rely on experts like the staff at the Mac store to keep me stocked up on the items that I need. This store is first class from beginning to end.
