  I came into Lush with my son to treat him to some birthday products and to pick up a few things for myself. I’ve been going through an incredibly difficult time after recently losing both my mom and my sister. We were getting ready to take our first vacation in a very long time, and I was really looking forward to having some time together and creating a few happy memories. While we were shopping, Emily overheard our conversation. The kindness and compassion she showed us touched me so deeply. She and Laura went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected from a salesperson or manager. They generously gifted my son and me a bath bomb to take with us and enjoy on our vacation. It might seem like a small gesture, but to me, it meant so much more than they could ever know. I actually left the store in tears because I was so moved by their kindness. ❤️ During a time when my heart has been so heavy, Emily and Laura showed us genuine love, compassion, and generosity. They didn’t have to do anything for us—they simply chose to be kind. That moment meant more to me than the bath bomb itself. They reminded me that even during the hardest seasons of life, there are still beautiful people who will take a moment to care about someone else.

  By far my favorite Lush store in the entire world!! Shoutout to Alex and Emily, they were the sweetest and made me feel so welcomed and gave me the best tips and had all the answers to every question I had!! Alex gave me such a nice arm massage and showed me a great scent combination!! Please, please, please stop by, they will take such good care of you! I will definitely be back!!

  My daughter Tallulah and I came into lush today and were given the most exceptional customer service from Devan. Not only did they go out of their way to demonstrate how the products work, they also went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you Devan for making her special day - that much more memorable!

  I walked in with a friend just expecting to look around, but Gaby made sure to give us the full experience! What started with trying a bath bomb rolled into us asking questions about more products and her giving us full demonstrations on how to use all the products😊 I walked out with the Super Milk dusting powder, and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase!!! Wouldn’t be possible without Gaby though; her and her coworker were so kind and the environment in the store radiated from the beginning to the end 💚 Definitely looking forward to coming back for the rest of the Super Milk products!

  Giving an extra star because my associate was very kind, had like bangs and a layered cut, very patient with me! However, WOWWW never in my life have I met a rude Lush associate. I came into the store early and simply asked if there was a sample of the Sticky Dates lotion I could see… mind you the sample bottle with the “try me” was turned so I didn’t see rhe sticker from where I was standing and I didn’t want to just touch/use a new bottle. She tells me, “…yea it’s the this one, the one with the try me label” with so much attitude, which I did in fact clock. Then she proceeds to go to the back and call out another associate to help me instead of her when my group was the only one in there (clearly bc she did not want to speak to me). Then I stand at the register waiting, waiting, for someone to check me out, she makes eye contact with me multiple times and ignores me. Then proceeds to suddentlt notice me and call me out ONLY because I threw my trash in a bigger trash can (instead of the small one, but I was standing near the big one and didnt see the smaller one, literally a mistake!) She calls out across the store just to tell me, please use the small trash can, to which I am profusely apologizing and says “I’m gonna have to take it out and move it myself… which I know damn well she did not do. Literally I threw away perfume paper… in a trash filled with recyclables. Anyways, avoid the bigger, dark haired individual with glasses. She was nothing but rude, judgmental, and lazy! Loved the other associate though she helped me figure out the scent I was looking for and so patient.
