  I went in and was greeted as soon as I walked in Luisa went above and beyond to teach me about skincare she was so kind and friendly the best customer service I ever had definitely stop by and meet Luisa she’s great

  I had such an amazing experience at this store. Before going in I hadn’t even heard of a L’Occitane, but I’m making this a daily trip after experiencing the tremendous customer service provided by their staff at this location. Melanie, Stephanie, and Veronica all were so kind, patient, and helpful in guiding my way through the world of high quality French skin care. They spent their valuable time assisting me, a novice who didn’t really take care of his skin. I can’t thank them enough for giving me the knowledge and introducing my skin to these excellent products. It’s only been a short while but I can’t imagine going back to any other products. My hands and skin feel satisfyingly refreshed and restored. My utmost gratitude to Melanie, Stephanie, and Veronica for their service. I now have a new found confidence thanks to their help.

  Fantastic store! All of the associates are super friendly and helpful at this location in particular. Manager Veronica is very responsive and runs a tight ship. Shout out to Michelle for excellent assistance with a BF delivery order! The process was so fast and easy. Melanie and Luisa were also amazing my first visit :)
