Before going in I hadn’t even heard of a L’Occitane, but I’m making this a daily trip after experiencing the tremendous customer service provided by their staff at this location. Melanie, Stephanie, and Veronica all were so kind, patient, and helpful in guiding my way through the world of high quality French skin care. They spent their valuable time assisting me, a novice who didn’t really take care of his skin. I can’t thank them enough for giving me the knowledge and introducing my skin to these excellent products. It’s only been a short while but I can’t imagine going back to any other products. My hands and skin feel satisfyingly refreshed and restored. My utmost gratitude to Melanie, Stephanie, and Veronica for their service. I now have a new found confidence thanks to their help.

After she refused to let me return a new $20 unopened gift set last year, I haven't been back since. Its one thing to refuse a return, its another to be needlessly rude about it. All of that lost business over $20. I hope it was worth it.

Very cold. Go elsewhere for your purchases. Amy in La Jolla is much less pretentious and has a lot more confidence with both the product and handling customers in general. Otherwise, I love the L'Occitane brand and am a loyal customer. LOVE the products/hate the Store Manager from Fashion Valley - ICK!!!! I also wanted to add, for someone who takes herself so seriously as SM Kali does... she works at a mall! Let's not take her too seriously folks and continue to validate.
