- IAIngrid AJun 1, 20261.0Charged me $125 for a “blowout”. When I get there she said she cant do blowouts with a round brush? All she did was straighten and curl with a straightener because she cant “blowout” my curls... I have 3A curls. Curls aren’t even curled right they have a straight end, when all i wanted was a flared end. What sucks is that these were for my graduation pictures. DO NOTE she doesn’t believe in using heat protectant.

She understands how to cut curly hair and even fixed the dreaded triangle pyramid puff cut that we've gotten from a stylist who said they knew what they were doing. - MWMichelle WagnerMar 17, 20211.0my appointment started off with me waiting for 45 minutes because janet somehow didn't know about the time change. i figure it's an innocent mistake. when she asked me about my hair care routine, she kept telling me that i was doing it wrong. from what she said it was obvious that she did everything strictly by the devacurl standards, meaning she didn't realize that there's multiple ways to take care of one's hair. once it got to the actual cut, i was so frustrated with her that i was afraid to speak up about what i wanted for fear of being ridiculed again. now i have curls that are too short and i feel
