  I cannot say enough amazing things about Mariana at Family Business Tattoo! She was incredibly sweet, professional, and the shop itself was exceptionally clean and welcoming. From the very start, she responded quickly and maintained active, thoughtful communication throughout the entire process.I got two tattoos from her to mark a piece of me that’s gone and a huge, life-changing journey I’ve started. Mariana handled the meaning behind them with so much care. God bless her and everyone at the shop. You can feel the loving family energy in the shop and I absolutely love that about it. I cannot wait to see her again the next time I am in town!

  I really recommend Miss Mari Domenes for tattoos, she takes care of me little one after 10 yards thinking about a good one to show California vibes, I’m really in love and it was so painless and fast, it was all perfect and the way that I was imaging. Thank you so much for being very kind and doing it the way that I was expecting 🤩

  a few weeks ago I called about pricing for lobe piercings with my own jewelry, they said yes I can bring my own earrings, it'd be 30$ for what I want and I can walk in anytime. I drive 45 minutes and when I get there I get told the only lady there that can do piercings is busy in a tattoo for 3 hours. I waited. finally I can get my piercings then she tells me its actually 30 each ear. whatever I get them done. fast-forward to now, my friend wanted a piercing too, he made an appt and got there early. then they tell him that they had to cancel everyone. they didn't call or contact him and he drove 45 minutes there just to turn around. this shop needs to work on communication and scheduling. edit/responce: when i called I asked for pricing of a SET of lobes WITH my own jewelry and I was quoted $30. yes when I left the shop originally, I recalled the shops in the area and had called earlier that day to see if i made a mistake. i didn't. your shop has 2 different numbers. i only called your shop 2 times that day, the first for questions and the the second was when I was recalling shops I had called earlier that day and found that your shop has 2 different numbers. when i called the 2nd time is when u accused my friend of calling and I asked to be called when you were finished. I called your shop once after i left and asked if I could be contacted when you were done so me and my friend could come back that day. you also accused my friend of calling earlier that day mutiple times, which she did not because she was at work. after tattooing for "8 hours" you called to let me know to come back in, which i did. your shop was not closed (your shop closed at 7 that day) when we came back it was about 6:20 when we arrived and we still waiting about 30 minutes for you to finish up. i didn't get in the chair till 650 and didn't start the process till 7. then my friend didn't get started until 710 and she didn't receive her first piercing till 720. Regarding my friends appointment, yes i did refer him to your shop because I did like your work and wanted to give your shop a second chance. i told him to make an appointment so that he didn't have the same issues as us in which he did make the appointment. about 2 weeks later his appointment came and I and my husband drove separately from our friend. we both drove about 45 minutes to get to your shop and while my friend arrived early he was then told you had to cancel and he spread the word to me and my husband who were 10 minutes out. I was planning to get a service as well if the time permitted which is why my friends appointment does apply to me because I was still coming back for another service after the first bad experience and bringing you a new customer. i understand things happen in life, but not collecting your clients contact number is a big issues for this exact reason. whether he was understanding or not its still a lack of communication and scheduling issue that Will continue to cost your buisness clients in the long run. if you "genuinely cannot understand my review" then you do not understand professionalism and constructive criticism. when Google adds a note (in the screenshot my friend sent me) saying to "respond to negative and positive reviews to show customers you appreciate their feedback" and you read it as "let's argue on Google reviews instead of discussing the matter and coming to an understanding privately" is where your buisness turned far away from professionalism. I do have timestamps from photos and videos proving what time we got there ,sat down, received service, ect.. I'd love to continue this conversation privately so that we can clear the air and discuss our own sides of the story.
