  Visited once. There were 3 employees and not one greeted or even made eye contact with me. I was looking for suggestions and could t even get a greeting. There was only one other customer and they were at the register. I left and proceeded to spend my money elsewhere. Times are not easy for retail. You'd think they'd offer some customer service to make a sale. I couldn't even get common decency.

  I would rather swallow pins and pencils than to ever visit this store again. The department is sad, the woman who was working there attempted to tell me my card was declined 7 times only to try to keep me from buying a bottle of cologne to keep for herself due to an employee sale the next day. Sorry hun, but I carry cash as well, nice try.

  I wish I asked the name of the person that helped me. They were so nice and immediately helped me look for a brow gel and lip tint. I'm very unskilled with makeup and it felt like I was getting help from a friend 🥲 cannot recommend them enough

  Sephora at Kohl’s in Natomas is the same as all the Sephora stores, but it is more convenient! You can get the best skincare and cosmetic items with professional guidance and recommendations. Plus, you can shop for home items and yourself simultaneously. The Sephora in this location is nice and well-organized. The items are well-displayed, and it is easy to find the items you're looking for in the store.
