    Visited this store last weekend and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I overheard one of the employees(possibly Shay or Shayla) I asked one of the employee for her name. Talking down to her coworkers in a rude and dismissive way. Hearing that from someone in a leadership role was uncomfortable and reflects poorly on how the business is run. Leadership sets the tone, and this kind of behavior raises concerns about workplace culture and management oversight. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed. SEPHORA DO BETTER…..

    I visit Sephora very often and usually enjoy shopping there, but my most recent experience was disappointing. One of the staff members was very rude to me. I had purchased some makeup products, but I was out of the country and couldn’t return them on time. I ended up being just one day late past the 30-day return policy. I politely explained my situation and requested if they could still accept the return as an exception. However, the staff member didn’t listen to me at all and spoke very rudely. Instead of understanding or even trying to help, she simply shut me down and said it was not possible. I was only requesting politely, but I felt disrespected and unheard. This experience was very upsetting, especially since I have been a loyal customer. I hope Sephora improves how their staff treat customers in situations like this.

    usually my experience is good. half the time they offer help, half the time they swear ur stealing. i sent my sister to get me items, and my sister asked the employee for help. the employee got 2/3 products wrong, when my sister provided her a screenshot of exact product name and shade. this was a very easy task, and 2/3 wrong items is insane when your entire job is customer service. just amateur behavior

    I’m pretty sad I came in today and one associate approached me to try the new d&g light blue EDP and when I was sold on the scent, I asked to purchase and they were completely sold out. It’s not even available online

    Just want to give a shout out to Isha who did an amazing job at my full face makeup appointment. She's an incredibly talented artist and showed me some great techniques and products that I'm so excited to use myself. I was getting some photos taken that day and felt super nervous, but her work made me feel incredibly confident, it totally made my day!
