- FFfridaJan 25, 20261.0Not sure what’s been going on with lush but this is the second time and location that’s turned bad. Not sure if it’s the new managers / leads but they are rude. Me and my boyfriend have both came in and he even noticed they were heavily watching/ following us as we shopped specifically by the bigger white pink haired associate without asking us any questions. The manager Leilani was no help and though she’s not as rude at the pink haired associate it’s expected if you’re a manager . Very unprofessional considering how much customers spend.I’ll be taking my business all the way over to the Roseville galleria unfortunately , they always have great customer service so unless it’s something thats out of stock I won’t be back.
