She is very meticulous and takes the time to make sure everything is done perfectly. To anyone looking for a hairstylist: don't waste your time and money searching for the best hairdresser. I only wish I had found Ms. N'GOZI sooner and avoided all the disappointing experiences I had before. She is a true treasure, and I am so grateful to have finally found her. I hope the company knows how valuable Ms. N'GOZI is. Her talent, dedication, and professionalism are exceptional. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants beautiful results and outstanding service.

I booked an appointment 3 days prior to my appointment, and on the day of my appointment, they call me 1 hour before my appointment time when I was already in the mall parking lot. They said there was no way they were going to get my hair done in time because someone was already "sitting in the chair". I wanted balayage and a haircut. They didn't even offer me a discount or sound sincere about cancelling my appointment last minute. Will take my service elsewhere and not here!!!
