- HAHiba A3 days ago1.0Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service I’m very disappointed with my experience at Restore Hyper Wellness, particularly with the Keravive scalp treatment and the way my concerns were handled. My treatment began on July 20, and I paid close to $1,000 for the package, expecting to understand what results to anticipate and what would be required to maintain them. However, during my second treatment, I was told that if I did not continue with additional treatments, the results would essentially reverse. This important information was never clearly communicated to me before I purchased the package. Had I known this upfront, I would have reconsidered whether this treatment was worth the investment. During my second session, as I was preparing to leave, I was also asked to “give gratitude.” I did not appreciate being asked to do this, and the interaction caught me off guard. I believed I was receiving treatment in a professional medical clinic with senior professionals, not in a regular spa or salon. This experience further contributed to my concerns about the professionalism and overall environment. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my results, and I experienced more hair loss throughout the treatment process. As a result, I decided I did not want to continue and requested a refund for my final session, which I had not used. I was not asking for a refund of the entire package, only for the unused session. On August 24, I emailed Restore Hyper Wellness to explain my concerns and request a refund. After several emails back and forth, Jason from the front desk responded on behalf of the leadership team, stating that my refund request had been denied because all package sales were final. I was offered the option to complete the treatment or apply the value toward another service, but neither option addressed my concerns or provided a fair resolution. After that response, nothing was resolved, and I received no further follow-up. I was left feeling that my concerns were simply dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. What disappointed me most was not only the treatment experience itself, but also the lack of transparency before purchasing such an expensive package and the lack of meaningful customer service when I raised a legitimate concern. The request to “give gratitude” during my second session also felt inappropriate and inconsistent with the professional medical-clinic environment I believed I was paying for. I believe customers deserve clear information about treatment expectations and ongoing maintenance requirements before making a significant financial commitment. I also believe concerns should be handled fairly and professionally, rather than simply dismissed by referring to a no-refund policy, especially when the request concerns a session that was never used. Based on my experience, I encourage anyone considering Keravive at this location to ask detailed questions about expected results, maintenance requirements, refund policies, and the nature of the treatment environment before committing to a package. Unfortunately, my concerns remain unresolved, and I cannot recommend this experience.

Jason and all of the staff here act like a well-oiled machine. They are so responsible and I can tell they really care about their clients. It’s a joy to come into this facility. They are so kind!! I was about 15 min late for a sauna appt and I felt bad because I knew they would be crunched with cleaning the room for the next client. If they were stressed/crunched they never showed it. They were so nice - as I left they waved and smiled. I thought that was just very professional of them and you don’t really see that too much now days. Keep up the good work Restore, Roseville. You guys are all impressive!!!!

Red Light Therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy) uses red and infrared wavelengths of light that can help to boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, and balance your mood - all in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Cryoskin- To prepare for Cryoskin services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for cryoslimming results, but is also recommended for cryotoning.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

Core+ Membership- One of each Core service per day Restore studios boast a loyal base of daily clients that utilize Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna to do more of what they love. A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
