She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, and she did something so thoughtful that I’ll never forget. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making a customer’s day, and she truly did. June was also amazing and so helpful throughout my visit. Both of them went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and they made the entire shopping experience feel fun, personal, and memorable. The team at this store is outstanding, and because of Madeline and June, I’ll absolutely be returning. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

I just came in to get the Big shampoo and Grayson helped me find different products good for my hair to try as well. Jenn was really helpful to understand how organic the products are. She also recommended me facial products/ make up that are good for the skin. I didn’t know lush had makeup. I am def going to come back and try more face products !

I had no idea when I came in to just browse Lush today for the first time to see what they had that I would be honored to meet a wonderful Woman right there when I walked in, and to be fair another woman, and a gentleman said hi to me in the store! The woman that ended up helping me named Madeline, was the kindest soul I have met in a long time! She greeted me and really got to know me in the matter of a few minutes! She learned that in 2 weeks time I'm having a major surgery on my arm and was browsing in Lush for something to help me indulge myself to some real care on my body before and for after the procedure! She then asked what products I was interested in sampling! She went around the store with me patiently and explained all the products I was intrested in and got me samples of the ones I wanted! THEN SHE GIFTED ME 2 FULL PRODUCTS ON HER! Words can't express how nice and grateful I am! I appreciate you all in store! Thank you to all of the employees at this Lush store Roseville CA Galleria Mall! I really felt the warmth and felt welcome!! A new customer that's going to be coming back! Share kindness!
