- EAesmi acostaAug 14, 20263.0Everything was great till i went to check out and the girl at the register looked at me and looked back away multiple times and didn’t say a word. so i walked closer till i said oh im ready. i didn’t know if she was going to check me out or not she proceeded to say i know im putting in my password. well how am i supposed to know if she’s looking at me like im an idiot everytime she looked up from the screen! need better cashiers or they need customer service training! a “i’ll be with you in a minute” would have been nice at least

She was so sweet and genuinely kind, and you could tell she really enjoys helping people. She showed us so many different products, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. My daughter loved getting to see and try everything, and Christa was so patient with her. We ended up finding a few things we probably never would have noticed without her help. It's not often you get customer service that feels this geniunely. We'll definitely be back, and I hope we get to shop with her again

In looking for a conditioner , one of the staff graciously started talking w me about the hair conditioners and products. Looking for textured hair care, she did her best to suggest and we got into the convo of how Ush works hard to train their staff to be as knowledgeable on hair diversity, as possible having braids in currently, she let me know the rebrand has labels for locs. They have hair care specific for locs, braids, wigs, low density hair, curls and coils! Lush would do great with ore marketing on these. She and the other staff were extremely positive and helpful. They changed the layout so things Ike hair care and perfumes are not crammed out of sight Go visit and leave a product samples and good smelling!

She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, and she did something so thoughtful that I’ll never forget. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making a customer’s day, and she truly did. June was also amazing and so helpful throughout my visit. Both of them went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and they made the entire shopping experience feel fun, personal, and memorable. The team at this store is outstanding, and because of Madeline and June, I’ll absolutely be returning. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
