- ECEmerson CesaJul 18, 20261.0My poor girls look ridiculous with their haircut. I regret taking them to this “salon” if you can even call it that . They can’t even do a simple straight cut . I would like a refund since the lady tried to fixed it after I pointed out to her how horrible both of my daughter’s hairs looked like but fixing it turned even worse. Now I need to pay someone else at a real salon to get both of my daughter’s hair fix.

When the salon called to confirm, I noticed the provider had been changed without my knowledge. When I questioned it, the receptionist admitted the switch. While I appreciated her offer to reschedule with the original stylist, the damage was done and the trust was broken. In the service industry, you must proactively inform clients of changes. Sneakily confirming an appointment under a different provider’s name is unacceptable. Please improve your communication systems. Two stars because a previous service here was well done.
