  I had such a great experience at Sephora today! Thanks to Adrian💝 he helped me & was genuinely so kind & had such a sweet soul, he even went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He even helped me get an amazing deal on a perfume I’ve been wanting for a while now, and it honestly made my entire day:( It’s not every day you come across someone who is that friendly and truly cares about helping customers. He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service. Honestly, give this man a raise! 😂👏🏼 He made my Sephora experience so much better, and I’m very grateful for his help. Thank you Adrian for your help today🥹💗

  I was a little nervous to go to my first sephora experience being a new mom and that day i was not looking my best. but from the moment i enter i was greeted and offered assistance right away. I felt at ease because the young lady at the entrance was very kind and patient with my questions. At check out They treated me with respect regardless what I looked like and I left satisfied. Thank you to everyone's hard work!

  I just had a horrible experience with one of their make up artists, Karen. When I walked in I was not welcomed at all when I said I had an appointment to get my makeup done. She immediately wanted to start, I showed her a few pictures of natural makeup. It was nothing bold or over dramatic! But she insisted that kind of makeup required the 90 minute session?! I told her if she could do something similar but whatever she deemed “natural” because it was obvious she didn’t want to do makeup that I wanted, so started the makeup but continued layering powder over powder my face was feeling so dry and heavy. She didn’t shape my eyebrows simply lined through them which made me feel like a clown. When she finished and I looked in the mirror it looked.. okay, but when I walked out the store I started crying and when I greeted my daughter she asked me “WHAT THE F***K DID THEY DO TO YOU?” Because the makeup was so cakey and was flattering at all. I felt so ugly and spent 60$ on makeup I didn’t get say on, I went home washed it off and redid my makeup which was 100x better than whatever she did to me. I just want to share my experience so no one else goes through what I did. If she wasn’t in the mood to properly attend to me, then she should’ve just canceled the appointment instead of making me feel bad and stealing my money.

  Love this Canyon Springs location. Neat, organized and not too crowded. Came here on 8/26 at about 2:27pm. The woman who assisted me was kind, friendly and informative. I wish I got her name! Of course I came in for one item and left with five instead 🙄🤣😂 I will be back!
