I have never had a poor experience at this location. Shoutout to all the staff there for making me feel so welcomed and having so much patience, especially Leo and Emily!
- DSDonna SApr 21, 20261.0Disheartened by their inability to accommodate stylists' schedules, I was disappointed to learn that the person who had been doing my eyebrows for over 2 years was no longer there. Over the course of those two years, it seems they frequently rotate staff, offering no consistency in service to their customers.

I’m not sure if it’s the location that plays a factor but it’s an uncomfortable experience. this last visit confirmed why. I stopped in to pick up my birthday gift and had an unpleasant experience with an employee. First, this employee was walking into work as I walked in right after her she intentionally did not hold the door open. Almost closing it as she walked in. I understand she may not have been clocked in yet, but it still reflects poorly on a place of work. Second, while waiting at the register for someone to check me out, she comes from the back to use the front register & she gives me this mean look and sighs. Lastly, I was walking out the & the same girl with the same stare looks me up and down. No one said have a good day or anything. I never write reviews but this experience was the last straw. I think this location needs a more diverse team for the location it’s in.
