  I had totally messed up my own hair while cutting it and came into woodcrest Great Clips to fix it on an emergency and Ji really helped me out and made my hair look amazing after what I had done to it. Extremely kind and took into account that i do like my hair long.

  I get good haircuts and service from Vicky and G. So the Mngr asked me if I had a bill smaller then a 20 because they Don'.\n T have change for a 100. 2 times I went in there and could not pay for my haircut, because they could not accept either a $50 bill or a $100 bill. So I had to run around 3 different stores to try to get change absolutely ridiculous. Then the manager Jules has the nerve to ask me when I came back again. If I had change, I told her, I'd be using my card. Because I'm not going to run around chasing money for them. Because they don't have change for a haircut. Then today, when I sit down for my haircut, Nancy tells me she's instructed by her manager to ask me if I have money to pay for the haircut, absolutely absurd. I then pulled out $500 in cash out of my swim trunks and told her that this is ridiculous. I\n Had $50 bills, she said she only accepts 20s. Again, silly. The haircut cost $26. I don't like being harassed or even asked at all. When they're the ones unable to accept money or provide change for their customer. One time, their system would not accept debit or credit card. So I was forced to pay with cash. Which I wasn't informed of until after the haircut was performed. So Nancy had an attitude, and after performing a hard part haircut, so that I could do a comeover, she cut my hair off and 2 short on the top and the front. When on my notes, it shows clearly what number to fade. And to trim the top with her fingers She then made sure my seat was turned to the side to where I could not see the haircut being performed in the mirror in hopes of being able to stop her from cutting my hair too short, but this is just despite of this lady.\nNancyShe then made sure my seat was turned to the side to where I could not see the haircut being performed in the mirror in hopes of being able to stop her from cutting my hair too short, but this is just despite of this lady.\n Nancy. The sad part is before she sat me down.Nancy was complaining that she received an eight dollar tip from somebody when the other girl in the workstation next to her said out loud that she thought five dollars was a good tip , but to nancy , that was not sufficieThe sad part is before she sat me down. Nancy, you should work somewhere else and definitely do better service. If you expect a higher tip, you performed a terrible haircut, purposely out of spite. It should be known to other customers. How you treat your customers . Also to the owner so that you're aware of how these barbers or beauticians are actually cutting hair in your salon.. I\n Usually go every 2 weeks and take my son and spend over $65 with tips. But now.\n With a service like this will make anyone. Never want to come back. You did a terrible haircut, Nancy and you cut it way too short purposely and you know that and you did it by putting me off to the side and making sure that I could not see and then asking me if I liked my haircut when it was not even completed. How ridiculous? And then you wanted me to feel sympathy for you. After asking me if I had enough or proper money to pay for the haircut by stating oh, I'm just doing my job. I let Jules know last time when I was leaving and paid her and gave her a proper tip. Because before I left, she stated, I'm being Stern, because I need the right amount of money, and I told her that that was rude and unprofessional and ridiculous. The store should really look at their staff and see how they're treating customers and talking about money and complaining about tips out loud in front of everybody as if an $8 tip is not good enough.

  Honestly extremely disappointed in the haircut my son received yesterday. At the point I can't trust this place to cut his hair anymore. This isn't the first time his hair didn't meet the standard he asked for from this location but this is definitely the first time it's been so BADLY chopped and I had to PAY SOMEONE ELSE to fix it so he wasn't upset and embarrassed. My 10 year old has a promotion this upcoming week and needed a nicely done haircut so he could look his best. What he got is inexcusable. My husband and son both received haircuts yesterday. Corina, the name at the station, was the hairdresser for my son. He shouldn't have to be the one explaining to an adult what's wrong with his hair, especially as a shy kid. It wasn't a STYLE problem. Look at the photos yourself. It was uneven, chopped, dug into further on one side and was absolutely below any type of standard . I had to go to a different place today to get my son's hair fixed because of how badly it was done. I am so upset at this location and how I can't even trust them to cut my son's hair. He will not be returning.
