- BHBianca HidalgoAug 22, 20261.0I am a regular customer. Last week tho, Luna did my gel manicure. She rushed through the process, burning my nails when she grinded the gel down, and for some reason filed down the French tip at the very end so much that it was breaking apart throughout my week. It was the SLOPPIEST nails I’ve ever had, I only wish I took a picture. Not only that, at least 3 nails lifted which made my nails turn GREEN. They didn’t time my pedicure and manicure right either so I spent a total of 4 hours there and still tipped. I came back and Stephanie redid my nails. I was so turned off by this whole situation that I just asked for cat eye without all the additional colors since I didn’t want to spend another 2 hours here. I asked for a discount next time I return since I paid about $250 last time and asked for less this time, and she said “I didn’t have to take down the gel at all but we spend time to do this for you.” That response is outrageous. And I will not be coming back. I’ll miss ya nancy!
