  My experience at this boutique was brief, but absolutely wonderful. I unfortunately forgot to ask the other advisor for her name, but both she and Rhonda were incredibly knowledgeable, generous, and lovely throughout my visit. They took the time to walk me through Chanel’s classic fragrance collection as well as the Les Exclusifs line, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. I left with a full bottle of Pour Monsieur, while I was waiting for Pour Monsieur to dry down and for me to gather my thoughts on the scent I was suggested to try the Les Exclusif line. I much liked 1957, Coromandel and , Le Lion and as a thoughtful gesture I was given samples of 1957, Coromandel, and Le Lion. Of the samples, 1957 truly stood out. It is an extraordinary fragrance and may very well be my first full bottle from the Les Exclusifs collection. A genuinely memorable experience, and a testament to the exceptional service these advisors provide. I look forward to returning!

  Unfortunately, my recent experience with Chanel was quite disappointing, especially considering the level of service and quality I expected from the brand. I purchased a fragrance from the Les Exclusifs de Chanel collection. After using it for some time, once the bottle reached around half its contents, I noticed that every time I sprayed the fragrance, liquid would leak around the sprayer. This made me concerned that I was losing some of the fragrance with each use. After the bottle was finished, I returned to the Chanel store and explained the issue to the manager. To be fair, I was not asking for a free replacement or expecting anything unreasonable. However, I did expect at least some form of consideration or a small discount given the issue I had experienced with the product. Unfortunately, no discount or gesture of appreciation was offered. I then decided to purchase Chanel Allure Homme Sport Superleggera. During the conversation, the manager mentioned something about points or rewards that could potentially provide a discount, especially since I was already a previous Chanel customer. Naturally, I understood this as meaning that I might have some kind of reward or benefit available. I later found out that she was referring to stores such as Macy’s, which was confusing because I had never mentioned Macy’s in the first place. I followed her suggestion and went to Macy’s, only to find that the fragrance was sold out. After all that trouble, I ended up returning to the Chanel store and purchasing it there anyway. What disappointed me most was that after everything — the issue with the previous fragrance, the extra effort, and ultimately making another purchase — there was still no gesture of appreciation or even a small discount. I have always considered Chanel to be a luxury brand where the customer experience should reflect the quality and reputation of the brand. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel that way. I hope Chanel takes feedback like this seriously, because customer service and how customers are treated are just as important as the products themselves.

  I had a great experience yesterday with Marina, I believe that was the name given by another associate. She was very helpful and patient with me since I was so indecisive with which perfume to buy. I told her I’d return and I did but she was on break so I didn’t get to thank her for helping me out.

  The Chanel fragrance and beauty offers a beautiful selection of makeup, fragrances, and sunglasses in an elegant yet small setting. While this location doesn't carry handbags or ready-to-wear, it's a great place to explore the brand's beauty products and signature scents. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy.

  Ciara was so amazing with her knowledge of fragrances! It is an amazing place to shop for favorite Chanel perfume and to try out all the new ones! It was a great place to look for new glasses and sunglasses. Everyone was friendly and the service was outstanding. Above and beyond expectations. Thank you Ciara for you excellent suggestions and customer service. We Will be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
