  Employee Miguel - Customer Excellence! I have not worn mascara and lashes for 5 years. I was waiting for your colleague who was incredibly kind and greeted me with a Huge welcome and smile. Miguel my lashes and mascara was a hit last night at the corporate event! Your attitude and extensive knowledge eased my fears!   When one is looking for products, or help for that matter DO NOT go into this store. Instead, head right into the JC Penney (same floor) store and go into that Sephora. Those ladies are 100% classy; customer service driven, and helpful. The staff in this store may be, "digital natives," but they know nothing about customer service. I was directed to find a product, while other customers were taken to areas to look at product (rude). The cashier was more interested in telling tales of his move from Los Angles then expertly helping the 10 people in line. It took him 15 minutes to ask for help--none came! He tried to help a young woman set-up payment (android), maybe for a discount but was getting no where. It was sad. As I waited, I found my product online. I left without purchasing and will not be back ever! Let's just say you need to hire people who want to help everyone, not a select few.

  Always great selections. The employees are sometimes snotty. The girl that helped me was actually really nice( I was surprised) wish I remembered her name. Put she picked the perfect powder for me👍

  Been a M.A.C customer for more than 10 years. Love and use M.A.C. foundation, lipsticks and lip gloss. Shopped at M.A.C counters at Macy's and Nordstrom and at other stand-alone M.A.C stores. Usually there are at least 3 personable (aka friendly, helpful) people working at a stand-alone store, with one person dedicated to be the "cashier." Surprisingly, this small store location had only one person working here that could only ring me up. Not friendly, cheerful or helpful. I rather shop at the Nordstrom M.A.C. counter at this mall than shop here again.
