  Workers are not helpfull at all. They were both busy scrolling on their phone. When I finally asked for help, one lady just said they dont carry the product anymore and told me to buy it on ebay. Smh

  I scheduled my 30-minute appointment weeks in advance and had been looking forward to getting a professional look for my niece's wedding. Jalpa was an absolute dream to work with and completely exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and the lashes she recommended were absolutely amazing. She truly knocked it out of the park! I couldn't have been happier with the results and highly recommend her services.

  Employee Miguel - Customer Excellence! I have not worn mascara and lashes for 5 years. I was waiting for your colleague who was incredibly kind and greeted me with a Huge welcome and smile. Miguel my lashes and mascara was a hit last night at the corporate event! Your attitude and extensive knowledge eased my fears!   Horrible, seriously horrible customer service. My girlfriend was trying to get help and they kept avoiding her and actually came to me, the guy not wearing make up and standing outside the store. Half of the things my girlfriend wanted when she went in, they happened to be out of and didn't even bothering blinking when responding, they were just out. Horrible attitudes from horrible workers offering horrible customer service.

  Been a M.A.C customer for more than 10 years. Love and use M.A.C. foundation, lipsticks and lip gloss. Shopped at M.A.C counters at Macy's and Nordstrom and at other stand-alone M.A.C stores. Usually there are at least 3 personable (aka friendly, helpful) people working at a stand-alone store, with one person dedicated to be the "cashier." Surprisingly, this small store location had only one person working here that could only ring me up. Not friendly, cheerful or helpful. I rather shop at the Nordstrom M.A.C. counter at this mall than shop here again.
