- SSSmarief80Mar 17, 20261.0We came into lush to buy this fluffy soap that we saw once online. My children were barely squishing it then she said in a rude voice, “Don’t squish our soap”. I can’t believe she spoke to my children in that tone and way. We were here to specifically purchase the brick of soap until she gave us that rude demeanor. The woman was behind the counter when she said this. We sadly didn’t catch her name but she was being lazy behind the desk while the other sweet employee did all of the work around the place. One star.

When he got home with the bag, I found a bunch of extra samples of different goodies! I know they usually give you a couple but they really hooked it up. And quite a few of them I've never tried before and am now hooked! I just wanted to thank the nice woman who packed my order today, I appreciate your kindness and generosity!
