  Do not go here. The “piercers” only have 1 month of piercing experience total and as of today. The lack of sterilization is highly concerning. They use jewelry without sterilizing it and do not autoclave anything. They also offer “device piercing” (piercing gun) which is not sterile, has a higher risk of leading to infection, causes trauma to the area being pierced, and generally results in misplaced and crooked piercings. Do not be influenced by the “nurses” marketing. When I asked questions about their process, experience, etc they had difficulty answering and avoided answering questions around experience, sterilization, jewelry quality, etc until I repeated myself. The piercing cleaner they push you to buy is unsafe (only saline or sea salt is safe for aftercare). Honestly shocked they’re allowed to operate like this.

  Got my lobes pierced with Jordan and he was the best!! He had great energy, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was 100% happy with the placement before piercing. He was also very gentle and I didn’t feel any pain! Will definitely be back for more piercings with Jordan!

  My daughter had been looking forward to having her ears pierced for a while, and she was so happy with her experience here. She said it didn’t hurt at all; it was quick, and the earrings are beautiful. Nurse Lia was awesome. She explained everything about the process and aftercare clearly to both of us. Lia was also very friendly and patient, as were all of the staff. We felt good about our whole experience.

  We had such a great experience! It’s super cute inside with very fun vibes, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the tandem device piercing was perfect for our needle phobic tween. The whole process was easy, we’ll definitely be back!! Thanks!

  I’ve had experience with RN Lia at Rowan, and she is absolutely wonderful. She has the lightest hands and is incredibly thorough. From the moment you arrive, she walks you through everything, from what to expect, to the process itself, all the way through the aftercare. The entire team is very clean, professional, and attentive, which makes the experience feel comfortable and reassuring. Lia is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you feel informed and cared for. I highly recommend her!
