- ADAshly Dickinson3 days ago1.0I went to see Isabel: unfortunately, I was late 10 mins but was able to be seen. Isabel was very rude when initially meeting her and I was apologizing for being late. Thankfully no one was waiting or had an appointment so she was able to take me. I expressed multiple times that I want my brows to keep the same full shape and just needed a clean up. She mapped them out and then started to wax. However, my brows are uneven, she butchered one of the brows and it’s very thin. Idk how that can happen when someone maps it out and should just follow along. Not to mention never gave me the eye patches that come with service. I never like to leave negative reviews unless it’s needed and this is that time. Very unhappy with how rude an unprofessional Isabel was. She needs to be retrained and be taught basic customer service skills because she lacks even the basics. Was also very rude to customers who came up during the appointment and asked her for questions. She was very condescending and “couldn’t” be bothered

I don’t trust easily when it comes to my brows but Emily gets me right every single time!! I love her energy, our conversations (that pick up right where we last left off), and her work. She is a sweet soul and i’m so glad to have met her! I hace also had a few appointments with Isabel whenever Emily was not in and she is so sweet! She takes her time to do your brows and also does an amazing job.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BENEFIT BROW SERVICE?
Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.
*48 hours in some countries
I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
