  JCPenney salon is located at the entrance by Macy's. the salon is very clean, the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist is quite knowledgeable in the services provided as well as products and the stylist on the styling floor. For each stylist they are ranked by their talents and seniority, based off how long they've been in the salon and how long they've been doing hair, the prices will range based off of that. men's and boys cuts are welcome, its very traditional. There are a few stylist who specialize in taper blade fade, must ask receptionist which stylist would be the best fit. The salon uses a wide range of products ( Matrix Redken,Joico, Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Olaplex, Kenra etc) and the color line is the matrix brand. you are able to collect JCPenney points for the rewards on the products but not the service. JCPenney does offer coupons if you’re rewards member and have signed up with your email. Definitely check out the coupons website for deals. The salons offers hair masks, blow out styling, color and highlights. Pricing is estimated prior to service with receptionist and/or stylist. It may increase if more product is needed or client adds on a service. There is also a braiding service available ofc communicate what type and style you’re looking for.   I have taken my daughter there twice and she was very pleased so was i. Brittany did a good job on her. I did not get Brittany. I decided to book a haircut and I've never been more disappointed. I pretended to be satisfied the girl spent quite a bit of time on my hair but damn it turned out like crap looks like straw hanging I requested long layers and soft ends. Well I got the long layers but they are chopped in so you can really see them they stand out and the bottom is a very blunt cut. I'm going to have to wait at least 6 to 8 weeks to get it fixed. Not to mention the stylist seemed very uninterested in what we talked about she kept asking me questions about this about that and she just seemed very disinterested. I really wasn't interested in big conversation.

  I enjoy getting my hair done by Young, but I've noticed that my messages aren't always relayed to her when I call, and the only time im able to get an appt is online.

  I went to get my haircut fixed. I didn’t ask for a mullet I just wanted the back trimmed anyways now I look like a 1985 George Michael.

  I have been here a few times now and I am always treated great! Priscilla has taken care of me everytime and she alway takes good care of me. She makes sure to listen to what I want and I always feel beautiful leaving her chair. The location is clean and somewhat organized as there are a few boxes in the salon area, but the amount of stations is fantastic.
