I’ve been using Estée Lauder Double Wear for the last 10 years, but recently the formula changed and my usual shade now looks much darker on me. Gracie used a skin-matching device to find my shade, and honestly, I was skeptical at first because I’d never seen anything like it before. But after she recommended the shades from the app and applied both for comparison, the match was spot on. I ended up leaving with a new NARS full coverage foundation and couldn’t be happier with it. Gracie’s knowledge, professionalism, and customer service were absolutely fantastic. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would 100% come back to this location just because of Gracie!

She also didn’t want to give me store credit for a gift I received. I had no receipt but I had the number of which the order was placed with. I was able to get store credit at another Sephora with no problem.
