  Wonderful staff and excellent service. I’ve been coming to Sunny Spa for about 4 years now, and I honestly love this place! Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming and professional. The spa is always spotless and beautifully maintained! David is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve met quite a few of the massage therapists over the years, and they’ve all been great, but Kelly is definitely my favorite! I recently tried the Aescape space and the massage experience was incredible! Such a unique and relaxing experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sunny Spa to anyone looking for a great massage and a really nice overall experience!!

  Nothing but high praise for this place - staff, services, and amenities are all excellent. I had a number of massages across a stay at Seabird, and the quality was top notch. Breezy in particular was really good at working with some tricky knots in my shoulders. Rio and David at the front desk are also awesome, despite not being local I want to get a membership just because of how much I enjoyed it. I also ended up meeting some other spa attendees both in the spa and in the resort who were all great company - they call the lowest level membership the SOCIAL level, and I wonder if they ever do happy hours or "social" stuff

  EDIT 2 stars to 4 stars Erick Ramos from Hyatt guest experiences reached out to me, which I think is just a standard Hyatt email. I emailed him about our experience and he was very kind in addressing the issue. I am happy with how he resolved the issue. I sincerely appreciate that he was able to help us, and I only wish that we had this level of customer service on our spa day. It would have saved us a lot of stress. ---- Our other treatments at Sunny’s Spa were wonderful, but the customer service surrounding an Aescape massage booking issue was very disappointing. Quick review on the good parts of the spa: I really enjoyed the yoga class they offered. We also liked the pedicure we had done, although I'll say that experience is a little less luxurious than many other nail salons I've been to. Many other pedicure places I've been to have fancy massage chairs, bubbles in the water for feet etc. They did provide flip flops for us after getting the nails done. The facility itself is small, but well maintained. We enjoyed the balcony and ocean view, although the day we were there tons of leaf blowers and other power equipment were going and we ended up wanting to close the door because of all the noise. We also enjoyed the small snacks of pretzels, dried fruit, nuts. The not so great experience related to Aescape: I accidentally booked my friend’s one-hour massage for the wrong date, which I fully acknowledge was my mistake. However, getting help proved incredibly frustrating. The spa’s front desk couldn’t resolve the issue or provide a direct phone number for assistance. When I contacted Aescape, they referred me back to the spa. We were left going back and forth without a resolution. The front desk told us that a manager would contact us the next day. The manager never reached out. That lack of follow-through was particularly disappointing after we had already spent part of our visit trying to get help. We ultimately booked a separate 15-minute session so my friend could at least try the experience, but it wasn’t the full hour we had paid for and looked forward to. This was supposed to be a relaxing, joyful girls’ day out. Instead, the frustration and lack of support cast a shadow over an otherwise lovely visit. It wasn’t simply about the money—it was about feeling that no one could help and then never receiving the promised follow-up. I understand Aescape is a separate company, but for a service offered within Sunny’s Spa, I expected better coordination and guest support. I would be hesitant to book Aescape here again.

  I booked a deep tissue massage expecting a treatment focused on relieving muscle tension and working on deeper layers of muscle. Instead, the session was centered more on removing my “energy,” and involved mostly being rubbed with oil rather than receiving what I would consider a deep tissue massage. The massage cost over $200, so I expected the service to match what was advertised. In my experience, it did not. If you’re looking for an energy-focused treatment, this may be a good fit. However, if you’re specifically looking for a traditional deep tissue massage, my experience did not match that expectation.
