  I booked a deep tissue massage expecting a treatment focused on relieving muscle tension and working on deeper layers of muscle. Instead, the session was centered more on removing my “energy,” and involved mostly being rubbed with oil rather than receiving what I would consider a deep tissue massage. The massage cost over $200, so I expected the service to match what was advertised. In my experience, it did not. If you’re looking for an energy-focused treatment, this may be a good fit. However, if you’re specifically looking for a traditional deep tissue massage, my experience did not match that expectation.

  Great spa! Very clean and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had 2 massages. One with a human and one with the robot. They were both good. I prefer the human though! Great experiences, though!

  If I could give a higher rating I would! What a truly amazing experience and by far the best spa I have ever been to. There is a reason why this spa has won so many awards. At times I sometimes get nervous that high ratings leave for expectations that are not met but wow did this place exceed all of my expectations. I received the Lymphatic Flow - Full with Madeline and if I lived locally I would come back multiple times a year. She was polite, knowledgeable, and amazing. I felt so relaxed and instantly could feel the difference. The facility is very clean with top notch amenities. If you are in the area you must stop by!

  Manicure - The service was AMAZING but... the nail polish is coming off after only two days. It's not just chipping but coming off by the nail. I loved my nails so I wish it would have stayed longer.
