  I stopped in the store today to re-up on my favorite lip gloss and was pleased to discover the associate named Tina. She was so friendly, and attentive and knowledgeable. I also appreciate her compliments. She helped me find what I was looking for and more, we needed up agreeing on a new color for me to try, since I make it a pint to do one thing different per day.. This location is very convenient and much better than having to go into the mall. My trip was quick and efficient and she even recommended one of the new scents l, which I might go back and pick up one day. As I was driving home, I kept catching a whiff of the scent, and now I regret not buying it when I was there I also forgot the name of it that quick. All I remember is it was purple and at the top of the display.. Lol. Also, she gave me a sample, of ALIEN 👽 which is one of my favorite scents. She read me right. Tina deserves recognition because I love a good conversation during my shopping trip and staff that makes you feel welcomed in the store, makes you want to endure the hot summer heat instead of making an impersonal online trip to the website...   I was waiting for 25 minutes for someone to open a perfume drawer at Sephora. There was only two people working. The one that said she would help me was helping a customer asking a million questions. However, if you have a customer that’s taking up a lot of time, put them on hold so you can help the people that are there to get in and out quickly. Million question lady obviously has all the time in the world. I left empty handed and so disappointed.

  I came in here a few days ago before closing and the staff was very friendly and well knowledged with their brands. This was the first time I went shopping for a special event and I needed all the help I could to understand what I needed for this special day. Claire was able to find the right shade of concelear and foundation in under 5 minutes and she made it a very fun experience for me. I will definetly be coming back here!

  Terrible experience, especially with online orders. I just gave up and stopped ordering here. Even told me I picked up my order despite my order not even being there
