  I booked a deep tissue massage, but unfortunately this was one of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. Initially, the therapist was mostly using her feet. I specifically asked her to use her hands instead, but after that it felt like she was just randomly rubbing my back without much technique or meaningful pressure. I repeatedly asked her to use her fingers/thumbs to work on pressure points and tight areas, but she seemed reluctant to do so. She also completely skipped areas like my calves and parts of my mid-back. Honestly, I wanted to leave about 10 minutes into the massage, but they require you to pay upfront, so I decided to finish the session. A bad massage by itself is whatever—not every therapist is going to be a good fit. What really bothered me was what happened afterward. Because I was unhappy with the service, I declined to leave a tip, and I was yelled at for not tipping. That is completely inappropriate. A tip is optional and should reflect the quality of the service and experience. I’m not going to tip for a service I genuinely did not enjoy. You can disagree with a customer about a tip, but yelling at them because they chose not to leave one is wild and extremely unprofessional. That interaction turned an already disappointing massage into an experience that guarantees I won’t return. Everything was ok I was moving on with it but yelling at customer in unacceptable, no wonder they make you pay in advance cause they know people will leave half way.

  OK. I’ve been working out a lot to get red carpet ready, and I was so sore. I needed someone to get in there. Anna was amazing, super kind, and got deep into my muscles. She even walked on my back. I feel so much better! If you Are looking for a relaxing spa experience, then this might not be the place for you, but if you are looking for someone to get your knots out and help your body feel better, then I’d say absolutely go here. Thank you, Anna!

  absolutely terrible and disappointing. My daughter and I went and signed up for the more expensive one hour massage and I made it very clear to them We wanted it hard and she clarified and I said yes, so I thought we were all on the same page. I told them the same for both of us. That girl did my daughter and someone else did me.. First, they took us in the room where there’s bars at the top so they can hold onto them but the only time the girl touched me with her feet is she lightly touched me three times on each side, , I have no idea what the point of that was. I had to ask her to go harder three or four times after I had already said it in the beginning. also many times it felt like she was just rubbing on my back, not massaging just like barely touching skin to skin, so I don’t know if she was on her phone or what was going on, but it was very pointless . and to top it all off, they kept walking out and They had long loud conversations - even once the girl that was doing me was yelling between our room and a different room as she was walking out. It was completely the opposite of relaxing situation. One time I laid there for 10 minutes because she had walked out and was talking to someone else. (yes I timed it on the phone that I kept next to my head) I understand going and getting a wet towel to wipe off the oil or something like that but to have a full on conversation with someone else for 10 minutes while you’re in the middle of providing a service is not OK and if that’s how it had to be because you’re shortstaffed, you should’ve told us we could have a massage but it would be interrupted multiple times to see if I still wanted to do that. My daughter took me there for my birthday and I left more stressed than I did when I walked in. I’m trying to find my new go to massage place in the area, unfortunately this is not it
