  OK. I’ve been working out a lot to get red carpet ready, and I was so sore. I needed someone to get in there. Anna was amazing, super kind, and got deep into my muscles. She even walked on my back. I feel so much better! If you Are looking for a relaxing spa experience, then this might not be the place for you, but if you are looking for someone to get your knots out and help your body feel better, then I’d say absolutely go here. Thank you, Anna!

  absolutely terrible and disappointing. My daughter and I went and signed up for the more expensive one hour massage and I made it very clear to them We wanted it hard and she clarified and I said yes, so I thought we were all on the same page. I told them the same for both of us. That girl did my daughter and someone else did me.. First, they took us in the room where there’s bars at the top so they can hold onto them but the only time the girl touched me with her feet is she lightly touched me three times on each side, , I have no idea what the point of that was. I had to ask her to go harder three or four times after I had already said it in the beginning. also many times it felt like she was just rubbing on my back, not massaging just like barely touching skin to skin, so I don’t know if she was on her phone or what was going on, but it was very pointless . and to top it all off, they kept walking out and They had long loud conversations - even once the girl that was doing me was yelling between our room and a different room as she was walking out. It was completely the opposite of relaxing situation. One time I laid there for 10 minutes because she had walked out and was talking to someone else. (yes I timed it on the phone that I kept next to my head) I understand going and getting a wet towel to wipe off the oil or something like that but to have a full on conversation with someone else for 10 minutes while you’re in the middle of providing a service is not OK and if that’s how it had to be because you’re shortstaffed, you should’ve told us we could have a massage but it would be interrupted multiple times to see if I still wanted to do that. My daughter took me there for my birthday and I left more stressed than I did when I walked in. I’m trying to find my new go to massage place in the area, unfortunately this is not it

  This place is comical. They asked me for their tip BEFORE performing the service since I said I would be paying with a card. Then if you give a small tip they barely do any work on you! Why would I give you a large tip for a service you haven’t given yet?! What’s crazier? They asked for ANOTHER tip at the end. If I wanted a massage to feel like I was just putting lotion on my body then I would’ve done that at home! Terrible customer service and they’re always screaming at eachother from different rooms. Here’s a tip: Please take a lesson in hospitality and customer service. For everyone else: Save your money and go somewhere else!
