  When I first came in, the staff was very welcoming and the place looked very professional. I got my second set of lobe piercings and the price was VERY high. I chose the cheapest kind of earrings and it still costed me around 180 dollars. The piercing itself went well—my piercer was nice, friendly, and patient, and she told me to come back a month or two later to get the earring downsized. The piercing healed very well in the next two months—until I came back to get it downsized. My left ear wasn’t quite ready to be downsized yet, so I only downsized the right one. It felt pretty normal, but the next day, my right ear began swelling up and I sprayed it with their saline solution in the morning and night. It began hurting less, but another day later, I checked it and realized that my skin had grown over the back of the earring. I could no longer see the flat back because it was now IMBEDDED into my ear. I immediately went to the store and they referred me to Urgent Care, saying that they couldn’t take care of this. So, long story short, I had to receive INCISIONS to take out the earring. Not only was it very, very painful, but I would also lose the piercing that I worked so hard to care of for the last couple of months. I am very upset with the outcome of the piercing, and I rarely give poor reviews, but this was just horrible. I also took a picture, but I chose not to post it on here because it was really, really bad 😭

  Carmen and Ariana are abdolutely fantastic. Had an appointment and took me right away. I had to change piercing and get a stacked lobe. The knowledge from the level of comfort in piercing is amazing. They were so kind and supportive. When it came to pricing they were reasonable and helpful in shrinking the price.

  Went here bc my brother got his done at a diff studs loca and it looked great and even. Decided to go here and get my thirds but the left side is closer to my seconds compared to the right. For the amount of money I spent, I’m disappointed it came out uneven. I trusted the piercer way too much to know the placements and positions. Other than that service was great and everyone was nice and welcoming.

  Went a few weeks ago & Amber was my piercer. I was scared to do the conch. Her and the male at the front were so sweet educational and patient. I got the conch & im inlove. Pain 2/10. Coming back in two months for more 🤍 amber is amazing
