- JRJessica l RodriguezAug 7, 20261.0I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but today, Friday, I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcome. Both employees made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable, and I immediately felt judged. I came in because my SalonCentric account was blocked, so I stepped outside, called customer service, got it fixed, and came back in less than ten minutes. When I returned, one of the employees told me something along the lines of, “Show me your ID and cosmetology license before you shop, otherwise I can’t let you shop here.” I completely understand that’s company policy, but the way she said it was extremely rude. Her tone caught me off guard and made me feel judged. I have many years of experience working in customer service, so I understand that not every day is a good day. Most of the time, I let poor customer service go, but this level of unprofessionalism was truly disappointing. The employees seemed more focused on their personal conversation than helping customers. As a licensed hairstylist, I’d rather drive to another SalonCentric location than return to this one.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
