  I’m a constant customer of this salon but the experience I had today was just terrible. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:45pm (XPRESS haircut 30 mins) with Victoria, one of the ladies checks me in and I’m told to wait a couple mins since Victoria has another client in the chair 10 mins rolls by and nobody says a thing, I wait until 1. I understand if the other client was late so I didn’t have a complaint until it hits 1 which is 15 mins past the appointment time my bf gets up and asks Victoria how much longer until I’m sat in the chair she tells us another 15 mins. That is unacceptable 30 MINS PAST MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time seriously!! If you can’t finish your client in the time frame then change the time or don’t double book at all!! Regardless I had a scheduled appointment, clients shouldn’t have to be waiting 30 mins past the appointment time really unprofessional on their part. Me and my bf just left because that’s ridiculous and Victoria had the audacity to look shocked that we were leaving after having our time wasted. I’ve been going to this salon FOR YEARS but I’m never coming back again due to the lack of professionalism and poor attitude given by the employee.

  A pretty good place but you need to be careful on choosing the stylist. I recently went to get a nice haircut for my birthday and work and asked for a shorter wolfcut, the lady did not do anything I asked for, I asked for some length and texture and flow. I came out with a Kim jong Un haircut and it doesn’t look too bad but there’s a lot fundamentally wrong with it on top of me getting a completely different haircut than I asked for. There are some great stylist there however. I recommend going with Delores

  Dolores is a life saving hair goddess! I had a really bad experience with a colorist and I called the JCP salon the next day. Dolores promptly answered and explained in great detail everything that she could do and got my in the very same day! She was so busy and she took the time to make me look absolutely amazing! The hair professionals there actually LOVE their jobs and they are all such a pleasure! Go to them!
