- CPCarlos PolzinOct 7, 20265.0I had a great experience at the Lush in Mission Viejo Mall, especially thanks to Kieran. I came in looking for help putting together two things for my girlfriend: a spa/massage night for a weekend we have planned and a birthday gift package she would enjoy. The tricky part is that she has a pretty long list of allergies and sensitivities, so I wanted to be really careful about what I bought. Kieran took the time to go through everything with me and helped me choose products that would be less likely to cause an issue while still making the gifts feel thoughtful and fun. He was also incredibly helpful since I’m not very familiar with a lot of spa products. He explained what each product does, including the difference between things like body scrubs, bath bombs, and other treatments, and how they should be used. He even wrote down the steps and the order I should use everything in so I could put together the spa/massage experience properly at home. On top of that, he made sure I had a gift receipt so that if my girlfriend ends up being allergic to something or just doesn’t like a particular product, she can easily exchange it. Kieran was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed invested in helping me put together something my girlfriend would enjoy rather than just trying to sell me a bunch of products. I really appreciated the extra effort and will definitely come back to this location.
