While the service wasn’t terrible the quality of everything just felt very cheap to me. The gel they used was very cheap but over $65 for hands plus another +$65 for feet, the towels are car towels, everything inside looks like cheap plastic painted gold, the atm in the middle feels cheap and I’m sorry but the lady in the front with the pixie cut eating her ramin talking badly about the older lady who simply asked her for an itemized receipt is unprofessional. They charge you the processing fees and push for cash. The nails came out mediocre and I don’t mind paying extra granted its good quality but it wasn’t. They put oranges and cucumber on your feet and charge you extra for something that has no purpose. They call everything organic for marketing purposes and it’s very penny pincher with their “add ons”. I came here because of the good reviews and witnessed that these reviews just come from them asking young naive girls for google reviews right on the spot. Not my cup of tea and i won’t go back. i’ll happily pay more for better quality elsewhere

Great new nail salon! Today was my first time and I’m glad to report that it is clean, my nails came out great, and there are a lot of little thoughtful details that most other nail salons don’t consider. For example, there are purse hooks at each station and there is a hand platform/shelf that goes across your lap when sitting in the massage chair so you can get your nails and toes done at the same time. The space was open and fresh air was coming in so there were no harsh smells. They offer beverages like water, coffee, tea, and wine. Not important, but something I also noticed - all technicians wore black - just a small thing that shows team cohesion and professional polish. My favorite part? I was able to book online - a godsend for a working mama in back to back meetings where I don’t have time to call to make an appointment. I will definitely be back.

I had been seeing Ava for several months and was generally satisfied at first. Unfortunately, my recent experiences changed that completely. After a builder gel application, the product lifted and separated from my natural nail, leaving it weak. I’ve worn builder gel for a long time and had never experienced this before. When one nail partially detached near the base, I returned for a repair. Within days, the same nail broke completely, which was extremely painful and required another repair. What was even more disappointing was how it was handled afterward. When I called to book with Ava again, the front desk said she was away on vacation and they didn’t know when she would return, so I scheduled with another technician. But when I arrived that same day, Ava was actually there working. I approached her simply to avoid any misunderstanding about booking with someone else. Instead, she turned away, walked to the back, and ignored me completely. The service also felt rushed and physically uncomfortable. I was repeatedly told to “relax” my hands while they were being pulled and repositioned, and the pedicure involved painful poking from the technician’s long nails. This was the second time I experienced that here. Mistakes can happen in any salon. What matters is professionalism, accountability, and how clients are treated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of all three.

I’ve tried this salon a few times and initially had a good experience, which is why this was so disappointing. I called ahead to book with a specific technician I had seen before. I was told she wasn’t there and that they didn’t know when she’d be back, so I scheduled with someone else. When I arrived, she was actually there. During my visit, I thought there was some kind of misunderstanding so I tried to get her attention to clarify, but she didn’t respond, and it created a very uncomfortable situation. There seemed to be awareness from staff, but no one addressed it directly. After I left I realized that this awkward situation was simply because I had come in to fix a nail last week that was broken in half. So I guess they flagged me in their system. So if you break a nail and come in to fix it, you will be punished for it. The service itself also felt rushed and physically uncomfortable. I was repeatedly told to “relax” my hands while they were being pulled and repositioned in a way that didn’t feel natural, and the pedicure involved painful poking from the long uneven nails from the tech doing my pedicure. This is the second time this happens. The last tech had even longer nails and she digging them into my toes. What stood out most was the lack of communication and the dismissive passive aggressive handling of a simple situation. It left me feeling unwelcome and uneasy rather than taken care of. I won’t be returning.
