  Small store, doesn't stick to their policy for returns there's always an excuse even if only 15% to 20% of the product is used so much for giving it a try. Looks like I'll be taking my business to a new place also I've noticed that most of sephora's high priced items are also very low in quality and not beneficial for your skin. Also some of the people working there could care a less they show u 1 or 2 products but can't look up any information for you or tell you much about the product. I'm upset about sephora deceiving customers and also not valuing there customers by sticking to their return policy, emails and phone numbers for accounts don't add up and if you pay with a gift card there's no return policy it just comes up as expired return when it's withing 30days. Also I wouldn't be writing this review if this happened to me once only it's like every single time.
