  I recently had a very disappointing customer service experience at the Sephora located inside Kohl’s. The supervisor working this morning demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy, and the overall interaction did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from either company. Rather than assisting in resolving the issue, the staff contributed to an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I am particularly disappointed because I have generally held Sephora and Kohl’s to a higher standard of customer care. The conduct and attitude displayed by the employees reflected poorly on both organizations. I believe management should carefully evaluate the team at this location, as the current level of service has the potential to negatively impact the reputation of the brand. It would be beneficial to ensure that employees are properly trained to provide professional, respectful, and customer-focused service. Additionally, I intend to contact both Sephora Corporate and Kohl’s Corporate to formally report this experience.
