- NCNikki CoastMar 21, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would! Mika did my hair was supposed to be an Aline and full blond high lights with root smudge. 6 1/2 hours later my hair literally is RUINED!! in attempts to correct her mistake with my blond highlights she bleached my hair twice and did a bleach wash. My cut looks like a 2 year chopped it, my color is far from salon standards! My hair is over processed and damaged. I went to speak with salon manager the following day to request a full refund. Instead she insisted another stylist fix it 2 days later! I explained my hair couldn’t tolerate more chemicals she offered a”free conditioning treatment “. That speaks volumes for the staff if there leader unclear of basic proper hair care.l techniques!

Once my daughter was back, Maria was the one doing her hair as soon as she sat her down she called over someone accused my daughter of having head lice, after further explaining that she didn’t not and proving to them that she didn’t and that it was indeed dandruff, they took her back once again and she processed to have other hairstyles continue to check and make my 14 year old uncomfortable and extremely embarrassed. We will never come to this salon again. Very unsatisfied with this experience.
