  Everything went well until the final billing. It felt like they were more focused on first-time customers than building long-term relationships. Asking for a $20 tip felt uncomfortable and unfair. In the end, it felt like a waste of $25 ($20 tip plus an additional $5 card fee instead of paying cash). Before that, I was actually considering booking my next month's appointment, but I changed my mind the moment they asked for the $20 tip when I wrote 15$ in the bill. The service itself was good, but demanding tips is not fair. In phone call the owner could informed and added 20$ tips expections when I asked for the service fee..

  I had a wonderful experience at Blue Ocean Spa. Francine was very friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She gives very relaxing light to medium pressure massages and really listens to what i needed. I left feeling refreshed, less stressed, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend booking with Francine if you’re looking for a calming and professional massage experience!

  Def worth it. Place is clean, quiet, and not overly fancy, which I like. Just solid service and people who know what they’re doing!

  I had a 60-minute massage with Jessica at Blue Ocean Massage, and it was an amazing experience. She was so patient, professional, and caring. Her Chinese therapeutic massage skills were like magic — she really knew how to find the problem areas and release the tension. I felt so much better afterward. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommend Jessica. 5 stars!
