- AEAzara EllisMay 17, 20261.0Came in this week and the blonde lady at the register had a really rude and passive aggressive vibe the whole interaction. I was just asking simple questions and she seemed more focused on talking to her coworker than helping customers. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely not welcoming and kind of turned me off from shopping here again. Sidenote, it was also burning hot in there!!

One girl got caught up with her inventory assignment, so her coworker stepped in and helped us to prevent us from waiting. I could tell the ladies are well aware of the make-up lines and options. My Mom was provided full information on the Sephora rewards program and was set up for our next visit. The Sephora store within Kohl’s is neat, orderly, and has good lighting. We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasant, not another customer in the way.

Me and a friend of mines interacted with her today and she was really rude and dismissive when asked a question. When I asked her a question about the Sephora account and if I could use the thirty percent off for certain Sephora items. She just asked my ranking I said “i’m an insider” she said “are you going to buy Sephora items? it’s only for Rogue members” and when I told her i’m an insider she didn’t say anything. Overall wasn’t a good experience. A lot of the people must be overworked because you can see the annoyance of their face when you ask a question.
