Frankie, as well as the other staff, are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I’m currently a cosmetology student and the staff there has helped me so much in making sure I purchase the right items. I didn’t catch the other workers name, but I went there on Tuesday (12/31) at around 1:30 and was not disappointed. This location is by far my favorite and will now forever be my go to spot on my cosmetology journey. The store is always clean and well stocked, I rarely have had issues with finding the products I need. The lines they carry here are great quality and range in prices to cater to all. Thanks again to the wonderful staff for my continuously amazing experiences.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
