  I am a professional hairstylist and longtime salon customer, and this was one of the most unprofessional retail experiences I’ve ever had. I attempted to return a blow dryer multiple times over the course of two weeks. I was given conflicting information each visit, sent back and forth repeatedly, and ultimately charged a 20% restocking fee after the store failed to clearly explain or honor their own policies from the beginning. What made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive behavior from both employees and the manager. The manager struggled to complete a basic transaction and had to call her manager, while speaking to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner. At one point, I was even made to feel unwelcome and pushed out of the store. Hairstylists spend thousands of dollars supporting salon supply centers. We deserve respect, clarity, and professionalism—not attitude and incompetence. Very disappointing experience.

  Update - Thank you Nocy for your exceptional customer service. Love this place. Great prices. Great selection of professional product lines. I wish they had a better selection of skin care options. I'm not a fan on Dermalogica since they were bought out. The formulations have changed. You must have a current, valid cosmetology license or an esthetic license to shop here.
