    I can't say enough good things about our piercer (Ariana S). My kiddo is autistic and she was beyond understanding of her sensory needs. My kid has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a long time but we were always worried about how the process would go. Ariana really took her time and talked my kid through every step without being condescending or rushing her. Honestly better bedside manner than most Drs! Really, really impressed... I honestly wanted to ask if she had training with kids on the spectrum, it was that A+

    I saw Kelsey at Studs Century City and loved her. Really sweet and made the process so easy and fast. She makes sure you’re happy with the placement before the actual piercing and explains in detail all you need to know. Was a great experience thank you!

    It’s unhelpful there isn’t a direct line to call … I don’t live close and wanted to speak to a representative for some questions before booking, but there’s no direct line to call. I click “text to book” and that doesn’t work, hoping I could ask over text. I guess I can email- but not being able to call and ask questions isn’t too helpful…
