I should have listened to the reviews but the convenience factor of being at the mall got the best of me. I went in because I thought my ears were closed and was trying to understand the various scenarios of what to do and the employee had not the best attitude from the start. I was asking a lot of questions and it felt like pulling teeth to get answers. But what really got me was the pricing of everything. Beyond the expense of piercing itself, you’re required to pick jewelry that is nothing that nice or special and minimum of $40. I picked that $55 basic fake cubic zirconium one and assumed that $55 was for two earrings for my two ears. I get to checkout and come to find out I was meant to pay $110 for the earrings. I was floored. I guess I should have put two and two together so that’s my bad but what a rip off.

Cute jewelry with simple and unique pieces. The store is bright and clean and it was easy to look through their collection. They were professional and nice.

I can't say enough good things about our piercer (Ariana S). My kiddo is autistic and she was beyond understanding of her sensory needs. My kid has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a long time but we were always worried about how the process would go. Ariana really took her time and talked my kid through every step without being condescending or rushing her. Honestly better bedside manner than most Drs! Really, really impressed... I honestly wanted to ask if she had training with kids on the spectrum, it was that A+

I saw Kelsey at Studs Century City and loved her. Really sweet and made the process so easy and fast. She makes sure you’re happy with the placement before the actual piercing and explains in detail all you need to know. Was a great experience thank you!

It’s unhelpful there isn’t a direct line to call … I don’t live close and wanted to speak to a representative for some questions before booking, but there’s no direct line to call. I click “text to book” and that doesn’t work, hoping I could ask over text. I guess I can email- but not being able to call and ask questions isn’t too helpful…
