- GGgeorgia gradler3 days ago5.0The very sweet girl who works at the pat mcgrath section needs a raise. she suggested a primer and foundation to me, shade matched me perfectly, and it’s quite literally exactly what i was asking for. she was also very sweet, funny, and personable. you guys are lucky to have her.
- AAAnitaMay 11, 20261.0Worst customer service possible. The staff member i asked for a help was not even try to hide the level of annoyance and responded in a very dismissive manner. I specified exactly what I was looking for, the brand, the features of a product. She didn’t even care to listen and pointed to a shelf behind me saying “check out there” even though both of us know this brand and their products are nowhere near to what I was asking about. I could’ve understood this type of response if this store was as busy as usual, but it was almost empty and she just wanted to keep chatting with the other staff member.
