- BОlga BelousovaMay 6, 20261.0Terrible service. I came to SalonCentric to buy hair color products, but all the doors were closed even though the lights were on inside. I urgently needed to purchase supplies and was ready to spend a significant amount of money, but instead I had to wait for 30 minutes and leave with nothing. Very disappointed. From now on, I’ll probably choose Cosmoprof instead, because their doors are always open and you can actually shop without wasting time. My time and mood were completely ruined. 05/06/2026

They say they open at 8:30, but they never do. It's a shame because it wastes our time. And when the saleswoman finally arrives, she acts like nothing's wrong—no apology, nothing.

Everyone’s so friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and organized and the location is great. We really needed a Salon Centric in Koreatown and I’m so glad we finally got one! This is definitely my new favorite location!

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
