- BSBethany SchlagelJun 3, 20261.0I went to cosmo prof before stopping at this salon centric. Cosmo prof was so nice and kind and professional and simply asked for my phone number to look at my account. Salon centric was locked- and the employee was visibly annoyed she had to unlock it. When I went to check out my app wasn’t signed in so I asked her to look up my phone number instead and she asked for my drivers license which was in the car. She asked for my last 4 of my phone number which I gave her and then she just stared at me… I asked what she was waiting for and she loudly said YOUR ID?! I got signed in on the app and used that but anyways these workers are always SO rude, anlways open late and look hungover. Zero customer service skills here

They looked me up and down with my sandals and discriminated me because of my sandals! Who does that. They do not deserve and ounce of customers. They told me to go to Sally’s. Why would I make that trip when I have this store in my same building. If you feel like being judge this is the place to go.

I urgently needed to purchase supplies and was ready to spend a significant amount of money, but instead I had to wait for 30 minutes and leave with nothing. Very disappointed. From now on, I’ll probably choose Cosmoprof instead, because their doors are always open and you can actually shop without wasting time. My time and mood were completely ruined. 05/06/2026

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
