  So unfriendly every time I’ve been in. I walked into the store and was completely ignored. I asked for help and the woman working in makeup reluctantly came over. She said she needed to go clean stuff up and proceeded to help someone else with their needs. I noticed other people being greeted when they walked in, but over the course of the first 10 minutes of me being in the store, no one said a word to me. I had a similar experience the last time I was in the store which prevented me from wanting to return for over a year. Can’t believe it’s the same thing now.

  I love, love this store! The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in this past Friday and had the pleasure of meeting Serena & Dominique. Not only were they gracious and accommodating, but they took their time to lead me to the right products and I ended up learning about a new skincare line. I found exactly what I was looking for! 10/10 shopping experience!

  Had the best experience! Went in for a perfume bug spray and ended up with some amazing and affordable new makeup products. Dominique was sooo helpful and told us all about the recycling program for used makeup products that are plastic!

  Always like to order online, but Morgan has changed that for me! She is so knowledgeable, patient, honest, not pushy or salesy, she is just all around fantastic and prefer going in when she's there- Changes my whole experience. The store is also always clean, organized, and welcoming. Not stuffy at all and the staff are not pushy, which i greatly appreciate- i never feel pressured to buy. Great recycling program, loyalty program could be better but is decent, you can get mini facials, makeup application/tutorials... there's always fun events and fantastic gifts with purchase! It is all clean and high quality products!

  I frequently shop here, and it's my go-to place for anything skincare and cosmetics. Being here makes me feel like Alice in Wonderland, but I trust that what I'm purchasing is safe, so I don't have any doubts.
