  This is the ultimate artisan boutique for all your skin care, hair care, and cosmetic needs! The staff is exceptionally friendly, lively, and eager to assist. Kat stands out as a particularly helpful team leader, providing excellent customer service. For top-tier glam services, seek out Annaliza, a Makeup brand representative at the store; she's highly knowledgeable about beauty and wellness and delivers outstanding results. I'm so glad this store still exists!

  So the store has a selection of products that are good, but can all be bought online. My only reason for buying in person is to get the item quickly, and to avoid paying for shipping. I went in person this past weekend to buy all the shades of Soshe eyeliner for a photo shoot (I’m a makeup artist) and the people working at the store were constantly trying to help me, so I assumed there was diligence. Got home (about an hour from the store) and only just realized that the sales person gave me 2 of a particular shade and missed the brown, Lovesick. Easily fixed, right? Apparently not since I can’t get there for a few days and they only hold items for 24 hrs, and they only have a couple of this shade. They did say I could order online but why would I do that when I went all the way to the west side to avoid paying for shipping. So the super helpful store staff didn’t give me what I asked for or paid for, and can’t resolve the problem. It’s not a great situation.

  I love coming into Credo and interacting with all the amazing humans that make my makeup buying experience that much better. I’ve been coming here a few times and every single time I walk away feeling satisfied with the products I buy. All of them are recommendations from ladies that work there!   Cat helped me today and I had such a surprising and delightful experience. We played with products and she made the experience so fun! I got more than I anticipated and will definitely be back. Please open a location in Canada!!!!
