  Javier was the makeup artist who helped me chose some new cosmetics. I’ve been using the same foundation, lipstick and eye shadow from a different brand for years. I needed help choosing an updated look that I could realistically put on myself for everyday use. He was very patient in helping me find options that look great, and he explained how to apply them so I could get the look myself. I highly recommend. It was a very approachable experience.

  I had the most wonderful experience shopping with my mom and sister at the Grove at Charlotte Tilbury, Gabriela helped us and she was so kind, helpful and talented. She made it so fun to treat my sister and mom to some new makeup, even as a pro makeup artist myself I sat back and let Gabriela do her magic and we were so happy with the experience, the store is stunning and gorgeous and everyone working there was so nice. We definitely will be back!

  Just popped into the store and asked a lovely young man- sorry I didn’t ask his name - to make me look like I’m wearing no make up (I am 50 btw) Well I bought everything he advised! Thank you so much
