  I’m beyond happy with my makeup! Elliot is incredibly talented and made me feel so confident and beautiful. The application was flawless, the products felt amazing on my skin, and everything lasted the entire night without needing touch-ups!   I had a wonderful experience at the Charlotte Tilbury store at The Grove in Los Angeles. The customer service was truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and very honest. I forgot my change after making a purchase. When I realized it the next day, I called the store, and without any hesitation or giving me a hard time, they immediately sent the money to me through Zelle. That level of honesty and trust is rare and very much appreciated. Great customer service makes the products feel even better. Because of this experience, I will 100% be coming back to this store again. Highly recommend!
