  I got to a lot of different Sephora stores but I always enjoy going to this one. Their selection is always better than the other ones in the area. Also, they tend to stock new items that other stores to have. The stay is helpful and the store is always clean and well organized. The parking for this shopping center is free if under a couple hours. And I find it easy to get in and out.

  I strongly advise against coming to this location for exchanges, refunds, or anything involving gift cards. **Read Below** In March, I came in to exchange a sunscreen that had been gifted to me. I was told it could be reordered through the order online, pick up in store option. Because it was a gift, the return was processed onto a gift card, which was then used for the new order. At the time, I was asked whether I wanted to keep or discard the gift card. I was told it wasn’t necessary since the order had already been placed, so I agreed to throw it away. A few days later, I was notified that the item was out of stock and that the funds would be returned to the gift card that was thrown away in store. After contacting customer service, I was directed back to the store. Weeks later, the manager, Salazar, told me that because the gift card number was not on the receipt, there was nothing they could do, essentially calling it thrown away cash. For the store manager to excuse this is concerning. Why are customers told they can discard gift cards if funds may be returned to them? How is there no safeguard or record of the gift card tied to the transaction? Calling this "human error" takes no accountability for the stores lack of proper training for these transactions. According to this manager and the conduct of staff, they admitted to throwing away your cash. Hope this is helpful.

  Employees I encountered were not helpful. One seemed annoyed I asked if they can locate more stock of a specific item. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this Sephora.

  I had an amazing experience here! MADDY was the sweetest, she helped me find the right products I needed, while my 8 year old asked her questions as well . She was very patient, thank you Maddy!!!
