  We had a great experience with nurse Amanda. She was kind and encouraging. The place is really cute and vibrant. It's a little chilly in there! Overall we had a great experience and my daughter walked out extremely happy!

  My daughter and I both go our ears pierced, first time for her and second for me. We had a great experience with the staff. Especially April, she was the sweetest! I was disappointed in their scheduling system. I waited over an hour for my appointment!

  We went to get our babies ears pierced here and everyone was so welcoming and patient with her. Kerissa was very considerate and patient when choosing the placement and Jess was so helpful in distracting our little girl enough for her piercings. Everyone was so understanding towards us as well.

  Chloe was the best piercing nurse! She was so gentle and kind and had the most steady hand I’ve ever seen! Best experience I’ve ever had. Would recommend rowen and Chloe to anyone looking to get a piercing!!
